Cast Biography

Producer, Director and Choreographer

“I'm Cresta Rose, a professional dancer, choreographer and show producer. I've worked across the music, TV and film industries gaining experience that I love passing onto the next generation. Some of my credits include: The Brit Awards, HBO, Dua Lipa, Victoria Monet, StefLondon, Harry Potter, Bellah, Lavaud and many more!

I pioneered the dance theatre production movement we see today and the ladies you’re about to see are a visual representation of that! I'm addicted to all things creativity and feel so blessed to be able to share this with 1,000s of women every day. This show means the world to me because it's the manifestation of our legacy as dance artists and it's a good time hunny! I need you all to cheer extra loud for the cast of 2024! 😉”

Team

“I’m Immaculate Lubega, a professional dancer and teacher. With this being my 4th year participating in ANBL and being part of the team, I’ve thoroughly enjoyed witnessing the magic happen and working with the rest of the team to bring you a night to remember. Bringing the emotions out of the audience, and the mental serenity dance brings to me is why I LOVE performing. Be ready to be blown out of your seats”

— Immaculate

“Hélène bonsoir,

BTS, muscles and dancer.

Being part of every single ANBL since its début has been a journey and rollercoaster of emotions but I wouldn't have it any other way! It's how I found the signature Hélène look, it's how I found the love for performing and just being part of a whole production.

Enjoy the show, kids! “

— Hélène

Cast Superstars

“I’m Winnie Renée. By day I advise ministers on youth justice. 6pm onwards (+weekends) I rise 👑 I love to perform, whether that be on camera or the stage. I’ve performed for retail brands, artists, in showcases, in music videos, on festival and theatre stages. As a former Beyond Limits mentee, I love the challenge. I couldn’t help but take this opportunity to bring everything I’ve learnt from the programme and the cast to the stage - and better still on tour! Dance is my alter ego. Stay ready, cause she’s coming out to serve. Purrr 😜 “

— Winnie

“I'm Temwani ‘Tee’ a professional dancer. I've worked across the dance and acting industry throughout my schooling life from having my own dance group to performing at Sadler’s wells theatre, Barbican theatre and gaining experience from it that.

I’m so grateful to be in a show with this much greatness, support and professionalism. This show has taught me a lot of strength, perseverance and drive I’ve loved every minute of it and would do it again. From performing at my school dance shows it’s come full circle, I’m hitting the stage again and finally performing on the stage is surreal and such a moment.“

— Temwani

“Hi, I'm Ania Wroz, a versatile professional dancer, choreographer, and dance teacher. I'm ambitious, passionate, and always hungry for more. My style is a blend of locking, house, heels, lyrical, commercial, dancehall, and jazz. As a part of the ANBL cast, I find constant inspiration from fellow dancers and our exceptional director and choreographer Cresta Rose. The impact of Beyond Limits on my dance journey has been tremendous. It pushed me toward self-improvement, and I apply all that experience whether covering classes, working as a choreographer, or performing.”

“I’m Verity, a corporate queen by day and a dancer by night! I’ve been dancing since I was 3 years old and have trained in Ballet, Jazz, Contemporary and Heels styles over the years, but I enjoyed dipping my toes in every style you could imagine. At university I represented the Birmingham Contemporary Dance Squad and took part in classes at the university and in the city. I love to dance to express myself and digest music in a way you don’t get to do through your headphones. Being part of Beyond Limits has pushed me to expand my palette and I’m extremely grateful for the opportunity.”

— Verity

Being apart of the loveliest ANBL cast has provided me a safe space to explore, enhance and showoff my creativity and we are just getting started… watch this space 😉”

However, in 2020, i took training more seriously with the desire to be versatile, disciplined and confident. My experience preparing for the show has been challenging yet extremely rewarding. The expertise and standard given to us is high which brings out the best in every dancer. From seven hour rehearsal days to eleven hour shoot days, i have accomplished so much resilience, fortitude and dedication.”

I’m so honoured to be apart of ANBL and its legacy. In the short time I’ve been dancing it’s taught me resilience and reminded me that representation matters. I’ll always be everyone’s biggest supporter but learning to be my own too through the ups and downs. I am super proud of myself for continuing to push and striving to be better!”

2024 ANBL, LETS GO!!!! 🤎

As a performer, Beyond has been an incredible opportunity for me to continue refining my technique, honing my artistic expression, and delving deeper into different genres of dance. I’m a huge advocate for the power dance has to connect us - to music, our body, our mind, and of course, to others. To me this show represents connection in all of these forms and I hope it inspires the audience to LIVE the whole experience with us on and off the stage!”

— Kira
